I entered the Nail industry after graduating from Bennett College with a degree in Mass Communications. Making minimum wage at the local television station, I needed to subsidize my income. I gained advice from a friend who is an established Nail Technician. Then, I enrolled into the International School for Skin and Nail Care. After completing nail school in 1996 as a licensed nail technician, I opened Felicity Nail Spa, a home-based business. I continued in the nail industry part-time while I moved up the corporate ladder in the television industry. After getting laid off in October 2005 from Turner Entertainment, I am now the proud owner of The Nail Manor Boutique located in prestigious Buckhead Atlanta. (The Nail Manor closed its doors March 2017)
My celebrity list of clientele consist of — Successful Entrepreneurs, Phenomenal Stay-at-Home Moms, Renown CFO's, Senior Directors, Doctors, Life Changing Teachers and Attorneys. Through my 26 years in the nail industry, I have gathered that everyone wants to remain classic, stepping away from the french manicure, wanting colors that are chic and elegant rich in hue that gives off a bit of flair without too much glitter
